The Secretariat Office is the only staff division of administration in NFU, and is charged by the president with coordinating developments of every division. According to the organization regulations of NFU, Secretariat Office is divided into two sections since 2007, which are Section of Administration and Section of Public Affairs. Section of Administration is charged with assemblies and administration affairs; Section of Public Affairs is responsible for press releases and public relations.
